These Terms of Service govern your use of DayTradePilot, operated by Brasco v.o.f. By using the platform you agree to these terms.
DayTradePilot is offered as a monthly subscription. The first month is free (trial). After the trial, the subscription renews automatically at €15,00/month. You may cancel at any time via your account page and retain access until the end of the paid period.
You may use DayTradePilot only for lawful, personal trading journal and analysis purposes. You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute the platform or its AI-generated output.
All AI-generated content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice. See our Risk Disclosure for full details.
The platform, its design and proprietary AI prompts are the intellectual property of Brasco v.o.f. Your trade data remains your own.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brasco v.o.f. is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits or indirect damages arising from use of the platform.
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Limburg, the Netherlands.
